Tender description

The purpose of the soft market testing is in 2 parts. First part, is to understand commercially available products and services within the flexible energy services market. The second objective is to share, with the supplier market the strategy for a flexible energy services solution tender. In this respect, STW and HD are seeking feedback and are looking to understand on how receptive the market is to our approach. Example tender documents will be shared as part of this briefing pack. We request that participants consider the following: 1) Solutions should be deliverable now with no further development required; 2) We want to look at solutions for the full suite of our asset base from large urban sites to small rural applications.
