Be first have identified the requirement for an Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) to enable the business to better monitor it’s schemes, enable collaboration and document sharing with its delivery partners (contractor’s and consultants) along with our clients and stakeholders. Be First regeneration Ltd (Be First) the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham’s pioneering urban regeneration company, is running a procurement to establish a single supplier contract for the provision of a construction specific Electronic Document Management System (EDMS).
