Summary of the work Working on a digital transformation programme putting Microsoft Dynamics/CRM at the heart of our transformation. The programme has started and will continue to develop a web front end to interact with users through a secure account space, data will be fed to and from CRM to power transactions with users. Specialist role Developer Expected Contract Length 6 months with the option to extend for a further 2, 3 month periods Latest start date Monday 13 May 2019 Maximum Day Rate £600 per day including agency fees and excluding VAT. Who Speclialist Work With Working within an Agile service design, delivery and support team of circa 30 people responsible for digital transformation activities across the organisation. It’s a multidisciplinary team with software developers, testers, designers, user researchers, Dynamics developers, service designers and product owners. The Dynamics developer will work closely with all of the team as well as the users of the CRM system across the business. What Specialists Work On Data Quality, Compliance and Security - delivering new practices to significantly reduce/eliminate data quality issues entering Dynamics 365, address data quality problems (duplicate data), configuring a pre-production environment with production-like test data, implement a monitoring approach to validate users complying with policies and to systematically detect erroneous and suspicious data usage behavior Performance Management Framework Data Management designing, developing and automating the collection, reporting of key data and management information using Dynamics 365. Services to Partners onboard other partners to Dynamics 365 and provide responsive and predictive approaches that enables business operations in line with Microsoft’s roadmap of supported features. Skills & Experience • Form Design • Business Rules Development • Advanced Find Query Development • Workflow Development • Business Process Flow Development Nice to Haves • SSRS / Report Writing Skills • Fetch XML Experience • Experience modifying SiteMap • Dialog development / replacement • Security Role Profiling • Business process analysis • Data Migration • Writing technical specifications for planned work • Javascript front end or C# Plugin Development Work Location Scottish Enterprise 5 Atlantic Quay 150 Broomielaw Glasgow G2 8LU Working Arrangments The supplier is expected to supply a resource to work as part of the team. A core team is based in Glasgow city centre and work standard working hours of 9-5 Mon-Fri. It is expected that the resource would be available for physical meetings and coworking at regular scheduled times but remote working is available as long as delivery is not affected. Security Clearance Baseline Personnel Security Standard level clearance is required for this role. Additional T&Cs This role is outwith IR35.
