Tender description
Lancashire County Council acting on behalf of Heyhouses Endowed Church of England Primary School and St Wulstan's Catholic Primary School to invite tenders for the supply of the building cleaning and facilities services as set out in the tender documents. The anticipated total value of the services is approximately: — Heyhouses: 50 000 GBP per annum, — St Wulstans and St Edmunds: 42 500 GBP per annum. The initial contract period for each contract will be 3 years, after such time the contract may be extended by any of defined periods, provided that the total extended periods do not exceed 2 years. Each school is a separate Contracting Authority. Cleaning and facilities service at Heyhouses Endowed Church of England Primary School, St Annes, Lancashire. Cleaning and facilities service at Cleaning Services at St Wulstans and St Edmunds Catholic Primary School, Fleetwood, Lancashire.
