Appointment of Deputy (re-tender)

Tender description

Nottinghamshire County Council (“the Council”) is seeking Professionals to apply to be placed on a Framework Agreement for future applications to the Court of Protection to become Deputy for Property and Financial Affairs for Service Users who lack capacity to manage their own finances and where there are no family or friends willing or able to take on the role themselves. The Council is seeking up to 4 providers on the Framework Agreement in which will operate on a rota basis for allocation of referrals. The Framework is to run for 3 years with scope to extend for 1 year. Service Users who have over £100,000 in assets will be considered for a referral to the Providers.
