Tender description
DAERA Veterinary Service Animal Health Group wishes to procure the collection, housing, care, and disposal of farm animals which meets best value principles as well as all necessary public procurement guidelines and animal welfare management requirements. The contract will be divided into 2 lots. There is no restriction on the number of lots that tenderers may apply for or be appointed to: Lot 1: Transportation and Care of Seized Farmed Animals, and Disposal of Animal by-Product from Seized Animals (will be awarded to a single contractor); Lot 2: Provision of Labour for in-Situ Care of Seized Animals (will be awarded to a maximum of 3 Contractors per County Area).
