The aim of this specification is to set out clear expectations of the quality and standards required by Cheshire East Council in delivering an effective and efficient Advocacy and Independent Visitor Service. Cheshire East Council would like to offer organisations the opportunity to submit tenders for the provision of Children and Young People’s Advocacy and Independent Visitor Service. The service will ensure that; children and young people are aware of and able to access appropriate services, provide advice and information so that children and young people are empowered to ensure their views and wishes are heard and reflected in the decision making about their lives, provide an independent visitor to advise and befriend those children and young people where it is considered in their best interests.
