Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified firm of surveyors to provide valuation advice in connection with the proposed disposal of a parcel of council-owned land in Kelvin Way, West Bromwich. Sandwell MBC may also require the surveyor to negotiate on behalf of the Council. Closing date for submission of quotations is 5pm Wednesday 16 January 2019.
