NHS Lothian is seeking to appoint a supplier to provide a managed technical service to replace the existing voice legacy estate and at the same time are looking for a solution which provides new features and functionality not possible with the existing systems. The organisation is seeking a solution which provides Unified Communications Platform, and are seeking the supplier provide the solution as a managed hosted service. NHS Lothian provides a range of primary, community based and acute hospital services for the populations of Edinburgh, Mid Lothian, East Lothian and West Lothian. Employing more than 28 000 staff across 197 sites in the region, it is Scotland’s second largest healthcare provider.
