Tender description
Torfaen County Borough Council is inviting tenders from experienced developers to introduce a Homecare platform that supports the delivery of end to end modern Homecare services and can be customised and deployed within our partner organisations. It is vital that platform is easily adaptable so that processes and workflows can be designed to meet the changing needs of the service of our partners and the data stored within it can be stored safely and used to inform better service delivery. The aim of the platform is to deliver efficiencies for our partners through the rationalisation of applications and IT contracts.
