Tender description
The Council is reviewing its arrangements in relation to independent complaints investigators and is looking to engage with potential suppliers to gather feedback and expressions of interest. The Council is considering the provision of external complaints investigator services which would meet its statutory obligations for adults and children's social care and in addition for the investigation of other complaints associated with council services.
