Tender description

Suppliers are to receive or haul from Household Waste Recycling Centres and other approved sources. The Supplier is to treat the materials in accordance with the waste hierarchy where “recovery” is deemed to be the least acceptable of the hierarchy. Each waste stream has its own lot, specification and payment mechanism. The tender process is by using a Dynamic Purchasing System. Suppliers to receive material and treat it from Household Waste Recycling Centres across the county and other approved sources. Some lots will have this material delivered to the successful supplier, and some will require the supplier to haul. Full details are included within the Dynamic Purchasing System documents.
