Tenders are invited for this exciting opportunity to occupy one a limited number of street trading pitches at Seaton Carew for the period of 1st April 2019 – 31st March 2020. Tenders are invited for licences to occupy one (or more) of the pitches identified on the enclosed plan. We are looking for reputable operators to operate catering vehicles from these designated pitches. No other pitches will be made available for the 19/20 period. Please note that this tender is for the right to occupy land and also for a street trading licence. Additional permissions, such as Food Registration, may be required. The cost of these is to be borne by the winning tenderer/ Licensee. Tenderers should make their own enquiries as to what they will need to facilitate their proposals.
