Tender description

Guildford Borough Council (herein the Council) is a local housing authority with some 5 300 dwellings comprising houses, low/medium rise flats, various non-residential public buildings and managed land located across the Borough. The requirement of this one stage, open Invitation to Tender is to secure a Contractor for a 3 year term with the option to extend for a further 2 years, with an organisation capable of undertaking a day-to-day rubbish clearance and cleaning service to the properties and managed land. The overall aim of the Council is to provide high quality homes and sustainable neighbourhoods.
