Provision of Major Adaptations and Improvement Works The Council has a requirement to establish a major housing adaptations and improvements framework and to identify and appoint 3 suitably qualified and experienced contractors to provide a 3 + 1 year term service to supply the goods and services specified within the Requirement & Specification.
