Tender description
The Vale of Glamorgan Council is seeking to place a contract for the provision of Leasehold Properties insurance cover. There are currently 304 properties covered. Please note that the Leaseholders will deal directly with the appointed provider. The provision of insurance cover for Leasehold Properties within the Vale of Glamorgan Council. There are currently 304 properties which are covered. This contract will be for three years with the option to extend for up to a further 2 years. It should be noted that the Leaseholders will deal directly with the Insurance Provider.
