This Pre-Tender Market Engagement (PTME) seeks information in preparation for a potential competition, expected to be conducted under a relevant Crown Commercial Services framework, to procure the provision of Security Guarding Services to the Authority. The purpose of this PTME is to provide the market with early sight of the Authority's requirements, and to seek feedback from the market in order to: help refine the requirements; understand the capacity and appetite of the market to deliver the requirements, and the possible risks involved; and shape the commercial approach accordingly.
