Tender description

The purpose of the Contract is to supply a private occupational therapy service to the Council, for the purpose of assisting with customer referrals for assessments of need under the Disabled Facility Grant framework. This would operate outside of the requirements place on Adult Social Services. The ‘supplier’ would be required to have a detailed understanding of the occupational needs assessment required in the home of the customer. The supplier must have an understanding of the design requirements for disabled adaptations, together with an understanding of the DFG criteria. Keywords: OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH
