Tender description

The Nourish Hub is designed to bring disused space on the Edwards Woods estate back to life by using the facility to provide an opportunity for the local community to engage in nutritional education and for the cooking and serving of food. The council is seeking to procure consultants to design and obtain change of use planning permission for the refurbishment of the internal ground floor unit and external shop front of the Nourish Hub, to prepare tender documents for the procurement of a works contractor to deliver the Nourish Hub, and to advise and support the council during the procurement exercise.
