The Contract is for the provision of a Contractor to deliver the Neillsbrook 3G Pitch project. The project is a 3G pitch at Neillsbrook Community Centre, Randalstown BT41 3AE. Project Scope – new 3G synthetic pitch and shockpad (107m x 70m) suitable for Rugby Union and Football including bitmac spectator area, fencing and floodlighting. Project Complexity – site adjacent to Neillsbrook Community Centre, Randalstown Rugby Football Club and grass playing fields, multiple stakeholder input and Employer’s programme.
