Derry City and Strabane District Council (DCSDC) seeks financial bids from registered social housing providers interested in acquiring and developing Council-owned lands located at Rathmor Road, Creggan, Derry. The lands which Council are proposing to transfer are primarily a single parcel comprising 1,8 acres located to the northern boundary of the existing Rathmor Road housing development, and adjacent to Creggan Country Park. Derry City and Strabane District Council (DCSDC) seeks financial bids from registered social housing providers interested in acquiring and developing Council-owned lands located at Rathmor Road, Creggan, Derry. There is the option to include additional lands if necessary, namely up to a maximum of 5 m deep from the northern edge of the current and running along its entire width.
