Tender description

London Borough of Hounslow wish to install new twin plate heating interface units (HIU) in each apartment within Thirlmere House, Haweswater House and Windemere House complete with the installation of new district heating infrastructure pipework and radiators to each building and dwelling. All new district heating infrastructure pipework will be connected to the existing pipework which is supplied from the newly refurbished estate energy centre. Further to the LTHW works new portable cold-water storage tanks (to be installed within ground floor garages) and cold-water booster sets will be provided to all buildings complete with new boosted cold-water mains through the buildings to each apartment.
