To source a technological solution that can support systems training at the point of user need and change the model of systems training from “one-of” events and support materials to just in time online training and guidance. The focus will be on the key operational systems of Northgate, Agresso, iTrent (including myRecruit) as these system implementations as these systems are currently supported by an internal learning and development offer and will have the biggest impact on new operational colleagues.
