This work would provide a validated measure of perceived quality of life and risk management practices of those with food allergies/ food hypersensitivities, which would complement medical or scientific measures – recognising that allergies must be managed on a day to day basis employing particular behavioural strategies, and that most policy interventions look to target/ encourage particular behaviours and improve population wellbeing
