Tender description
The Marine Institute, Rinville, Co. Galway, Ireland, a semi State body, wishes to invite tenders for the supply of Expertise to support the Marine Institute’s blue fin tuna tagging programme off the North West Coast of Ireland (ICES Division 6a). At present a requirement exists for expertise to: (1) work closely with the Marine Institutes team at sea during the 2018 BFT tagging programme (for a minimum of 10 days and a maximum of 20 days) (2) investigate the immediate activity of satellite tagged BFT post release. The tender application should include the specifications and costs of the tags proposed to be used in the work. (3) conduct data analyses from the electronic satellite tags used by the Marine Institute in the 2018 bluefin tuna tagging programme.
