Tender description
As part of the UK Battery Industrialisation Centre, Coventry City Council, in conjunction with WMG, as part of the University of Warwick and the Coventry and Warwickshire Local Enterprise Partnership is looking to purchase the relevant equipment for its runner line equipment. Runner Module Line: integrated assembly equipment targeting higher volume sequential production of battery modules, controlled to supervisor control level at least. Runner Pack Line: integrated assembly equipment targeting higher volume sequential production of battery packs, controlled to supervisor control level at least. Special purpose machine for joining multiple electrical connections high volumes of 21700 cylindrical cells to module bus bars, per second. Support of machine integration must be provided to Runner Module Line (Lot 1) supplier.
