Tender description

Park Valley Huddersfield (PVH) has been awarded a grant from the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) to renovate a derelict former Mill and create high-quality office space. The former Mill is located within an existing Business Park on the B6108 Meltham Road on the outskirts of Huddersfield, Yorkshire. The new space will be called the Mending Rooms and PVH seeks to procure the following services from a single organisation or consortium: i) Architectural Services (including acting as Lead Design Consultant) ii) Structural Engineering Services iii) Cost Consultancy Services iv) BREEAM Assessment Services PVH has procured add specialists limited to assist them to procure this contract.
