Tender description

This is a collaborative contract for the provision of access to financial and personal data/information. To fulfil its investigative requirements, PSNI requires certain information to complete a financial profile of an individual or company and to enable an investigation to become more focused. The information may be used for a variety of purposes including the initiation and progression of: — money laundering investigations, — confiscation proceedings (including enforcement), — major incident investigations, — civil recovery investigations, — cash detention investigations, — drugs trafficking investigations, — trade mark offences, — national or international terrorist investigations, — benefit and other fraud offences and — immigration offences.
