The hire of non operated small plant, tools and equipment. The supply of non operated small plant, tools and equipment in east Cornwall. The appointed suppliers will be required to provide non operated small plant, tools and equipment hire services for Cormac Solutions Ltd, and potentially to the Corserv group of companies and the whole of Cornwall Council or their successor in title. Whilst there is no guaranteed quantity or spend, the estimated value of Cormac Solutions' spend is likely to be in the region of 150 000 GBP per annum for lot 1 East Cornwall. The potential estimated total value is likely to exceed this range of spend if other organisations decide to participate. The intention is to appoint the 3 most economically advantageous tenderers to lot 1. The evaluation criteria will be based on 80 % price and 20 % quality.
