Tender description

To help EMH Group maintain a high quality of design and planning across our schemes we are seeking to select a framework of 6 suppliers to deliver architectural services. Successful organisations will demonstrate high levels of commitment to quality, sustainability, client engagement and end users needs. As part of EMH Group’s new corporate strategy the organisation are seeking to undertake an ambitious programme of development to deliver in the region of 600 new homes per annum predominantly throughout the East Midlands region, and requires architects to support this. The total framework value is estimated to be 1 500 000 GBP over the 4 years, and will be for circa 800 units over the duration of the framework.
