2019 Enhanced Annual Implementation Report of the RDPE 2014 - 2020

Tender description

This Enhanced Annual Implementation Report (EAIR) of the 2014-2020 Rural Development Programme for England should help to contribute to the objectives of Defra's Single Departmental Plan by informing Defra's future farming and land use policy frameworks being designed to replace the Common Agricultural Policy by providing lessons about the delivery of RDPE. The aim of this research project is to prepare and deliver the 2019 EAIR for RDPE in accordance with Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 808/2014, Annex VII and supporting European Evaluation Helpdesk Guidelines ( https://enrd.ec.europa.eu/evaluation/european-evaluation-helpdesk-rural-development/evaluation-helpdesks-publications/guidance_en). The information to be reported in 2019 will cover the years 2014-2018 and should inform Defra (the Managing Authority) about key achievements and resulting impacts from meeting the objectives of RDPE, and its contributions to the EU strategy for smart, sustainable and inclusive growth.
