DCC intends to tender for Children Residential Block Contracts in the near future. DCC are currently in the pre-procurement stage. In order to ensure DCC is at the forefront of the creation this service, following on from the Pre Market Event hosted on 29th March, DCC will be hosting an meeting to assist in devolving a Joint Working Protocol. This will be developed between DCC Commissioning, Placements, Operational teams, as well as providers. The meeting will be held on Friday 24th May (12:00 to 16:00) in Exeter. Spaces are limited therefore only single attendee per each provider, and spaces will be allocated on a first come first served basis. If you wish to attend then please email childrenscommissioningsecure-mailbox@devon.gov.uk who will confirm your attendance and forward you the details of the venue for the event. All materials and notes from the day will be published, and providers who are unable to attend will have the opportunity to comment of these.
