Tender description

A Framework Agreement for the rental/purchase of a variety of water coolers and vending solutions. A range of water cooler solutions, including plumbed in and bottled water coolers. Contracts include sanitisation, filter changes and full maintenance. A range of vending solutions, including free on loan, rental agreements and fully managed services. The framework will cover vending machines for hot drinks, cold drinks, snacks, a combination of snacks/drinks, food vending machines and accessories. The framework also covers the supply of new equipment, fully refurbished equipment and branded equipment. The supply and installation of a range of free-standing, wall mounted, table top and under counter water cooler services and associated maintenance services and related equipment delivered to the site of the end user/customer. The supply and installation of a range of free-standing bottled water coolers and associated maintenance services and related equipment delivered to the site of the end user/customer. The supply and installation of a range of free-standing water fountains and associated maintenance services and related equipment delivered to the site of the end user/customer. The supply and installation of a range of free-standing or table top vending equipment that can dispense a range of hot drinks; including whole bean coffee (bean to cup), instant coffee, latte, espresso, mocha, fresh brewed tea, hot chocolate and soup and associated maintenance services and related equipment delivered to the site of the end user/customer. The supply and installation of a range of free-standing and table top equipment that can dispense a range of cold drinks including 500ml bottles and 330ml cans, including associated maintenance services and related equipment delivered to the site of the end user/customer. The supply and installation of a range of free-standing or table top equipment that can dispense a range of crisps, chocolate bars, wafers, flap jacks, cake bars, and healthier snack choices and equipment that can dispense a combination of cold drinks and snacks including associated maintenance services and related equipment delivered to the site of the end user/customer.
