The Health Board is using this tendering opportunity to fundamentally re-think its vending requirements and explore alternative methods of service delivery. The Health Board has undertaken a review of current vending provision and has identified that it needs to modernise its vending service to ensure that it is fit for the future in terms of environmental impact, energy efficiency, whole life cost and quality of service to users.
