This is a prior information notice only, and there will be no call for competition for a programme of this value. This PIN is in reference to an early market engagement event DFID will be holding to inform decision making on the Education Portfolio. DFID is designing a new portfolio of education programmes, which will replace the existing up to 780 000 000 GBP portfolio when it ends during 2020. There will be four programmes, covering Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Sindh and the federal level. Expected value of overall portfolio will be circa 600 000 000 GBP for 5 years (not all contracted through tender process). We will therefore hold an early market engagement event to engage suppliers in our early thinking during programme design.
