School cleaning services

Tender description

Acer Trust are currently out to tender for the provision of an outsourced cleaning service for three of the Trust schools. All secondary schools based in Oxfordshire, the service provision is required for Icknield Community College, Matthew Arnold School and Wood Green School. The contract commencement date is 1.12.2019 and is being tender for a term of 3 years with the option to extend for a further 2 terms of 12 months each. Acer Trust currently consists of 5 schools with the two primary schools of Stadhampton Primary School and Chalgrove Community Primary School are already in existing contracts but may look to join the Trust contract on renewal. Icknield Community College is currently out to tender for the provision of a full daily cleaning service. The contract is being offered for a 3 years with the option to extend for a further 2 periods of 12 months. The contract commencement date is 1.12.2019. The contract is for a full daily cleaning service during during term time and periodic cleaning outside of term time. TUPE is expected to apply, details of which can be found in the tender documentation. Matthew Arnold School is currently out to tender for the provision of a full daily cleaning service. The contract is being offered for a 3 years with the option to extend for a further 2 periods of 12 months. The contract commencement date is 1.12.2019. The contract is for a full daily cleaning service during during term time and periodic cleaning outside of term time. TUPE is NOT expected to apply, details of which can be found in the tender documentation. Wood Green School is currently out to tender for the provision of a full daily cleaning service. The contract is being offered for a 3 years with the option to extend for a further two periods of 12 months. The contract commencement date is 1.12.2019. The contract is for a full daily cleaning service during during term time and periodic cleaning outside of term time.
