Tender description

Legible London (LL) is a wayfinding project developed by Transport for London (TfL) with support from the London Local Authorities, to promote walking, making it a more enjoyable experience for Londoners and visitors. The framework is for services to manufacture, supply, install and 24 hour reactive maintenance of Legible London way finding totems in accordance with the Scope and Framework Agreement. The services are for the manufacture and supply of the Legible London products (including the full range of necessary replacement parts and production of panels for map refreshes). The installation of Legible London products and provision of an emergency reactive call out service and installation of replacement components. The exact scheme location will vary for each scheme, but all schemes will be within the Greater London Area. Therefore the supplier must be willing to provide these services within an acceptable time frame. The supplier must provide all necessary staff, skills and materials required for this procurement. The supplier will be expected to work and liaise with the Contracting Authority’s modes (other departments), contractors and consultants who are involved in this scheme. The estimated value of the framework is between 2 500 000 GBP to 5 000 000 GBP.
