You are invited to submit a quotation for the supply and installation of goods/services detailed in the attached, in accordance with NHS terms and conditions for the supply of goods and the provision of services Please download all attachments and click "Create Response" to view and complete the online questionnaires. Bidders are required to complete the information in the Qualification, Technical and Commercial envelopes and upload attachments where asked prior to the closing time and date stated below. All communications with the Authority including the submission of ITT shall be conducted via the portal: www.nhssourcing.co.uk All communications including queries from bidders and amendments of this procurement exercise shall be submitted through and published via the online messaging facility provided on the NHS Sourcing portal (see “Messages” section). The onus is on the bidder to read and keep up to date with all the information published on the NHS Sourcing portal in relation to this requirement. Once you have completed your response, please click on ‘Submit Response’ in the centre of the screen. This will submit your response to the Authority Please note this is a sealed exercise and as such the Authority cannot view any sensitive information until the tender has closed. All information supplied in connection with this ITT shall be regarded as confidential. The Authority does not bind itself to accept the lowest offer, or indeed any offer, but may award a contract against the offer which it considers to be the most economically advantageous taking into account, price, technical compliance/product quality/clinical preference, training and or delivery. It reserves the right to accept an offer either in part or in full. The Authority also reserves the right not to award. In the event of an award not being made or the procurement being terminated, then bidders will have no right to recompense
