Tender description

Surrey County Council is vacating County Hall (target end 2020). Staff currently working there will be relocated to other properties in Surrey. The County Council is seeking proposals from property consultants to provide an agency service to dispose of its freehold and/or leasehold interests in: — surrey county hall, — adjoining former offices and lounge at county hall site, — 5-7 milner road (residential) rear of former offices and lounge, — Bittoms car park (freehold and long leasehold) The proposal from bidders is to include all tasks up to legal completion (including any pre-disposal work that is agreed necessary) with an associated fee budget. The contract duration is 4 years (2 year initial term with max. provision of 2 x extensions of up to 12 months for each extension at the Council's discretion).
