Please quote to supply Shropshire Community Health NHS Trust Community Equipment Services for a 3 year agreement from 1st June 2019. The Trust are only able to agree the exact product stated. Quantities stated are approx. p.a. based on historical data, and will be ordered as & when required during the period. Please state if you are UNABLE to FIX THE PRICES OFFERED for the 2 year period but stating period you are able to fix the price. If no period is stated we will assume prices fixed. Prices offered will be benchmarked using NHS Improvement PPIB tool to ensure we pay the best price. Please Note -Terms of Offer and NHS Terms & Conditions attached. - Please state if you are UNABLE to FIX THE PRICES OFFERED for the 2 year period but stating period you are able to fix the price.
