Provision of support and capacity building to the Enfield VCS and coordination of volunteering opportunities to Enfield residents

Tender description

Enfield Council is seeking to invite fully costed expressions of interest to provide the basis to agree a grant based service level agreement with a locally focused voluntary sector organisation/consortia*. We anticipate that this transparent competitive grants process will result in a partner or partners being appointed to deliver services that will provide essential support to our wide range of voluntary and community sector groups and residents for the next two years with an option to extend for a further two years based on performance. *Enfield Council defines a 'locally focused voluntary sector organisation/consortia' as one that is based in or delivers services in Enfield, is not for profit and is a formal organisation run by a management body including volunteers who are engaged in that activity for environmental, economic or social good.
