Provision of payslip stationary and supporting maintenance services

Tender description

The National Shared Services Office has a requirement for the continuous provision of stationery for printing and pressure sealer machine maintenance. The specifics of the stationary required are as follows; ("Z" fold) with a size requirement of 14" x 210mm (Z fold pressure seal pay advice forms; one colour both sides; Glue two sides; Fold to 118 x 210mm; Perforations Cross 105mm, 118mm, 130mm, 237mm and 342mm; Down @ 12mm and 198mm. The NSSO’s Document Management Section prints approximately 21,919 of these payslips per month. This includes weekly, fortnightly and monthly payslips. In addition, Pension Section print two sets of payslips (one for the end of year and once for the beginning of the next year) for approximately 32,000 individuals. Therefore large quantities of paper is required with each order (approx. 350,000). We require this volume of paper to be split between four deliveries per annum. There is one delivery point at The National Shared Services Office, Block 2, Central Business Park, Clonminch Road, Tullamore, Co Offaly R35 W7A4. The payslips are for use on PS300 pressure seal mailing equipment and we also require an annual service maintenance agreement for these machines. We require a minimum of four preventative call-outs per annum, plus additional call outs for any emergency repair services that may be required. We currently have two PS300 pressure seal machines in operation, plus another in storage. Due to the tight deadline the NSSO operates under, we require a rapid response time for any emergency call out. Potential tenderers should detail their approach and response times to non-routine emergency call outs.
