East Riding of Yorkshire Council is currently preparing to re-commission a framework of children's domiciliary care providers to provide short breaks care for children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities, in their home or another community setting. Short breaks are intended to have positive benefits for both disabled children and young people and their parents and carers.
