Tender description

The contract is for the provision of Bespoke Orthotics products including modular footwear, bespoke footwear, Total Contact Insoles (TCI) and bespoke ankle foot orthoses. Additionally, the contract scope will encompass the provision of Orthotists for some health boards in Wales. The contract is for a period of 3 years (with the option to extend for 2 additional 12 month periods). The estimated value stated in this notice is the full 5 year value. Provision of bespoke orthotic products including but not limited to modular footwear, bespoke footwear, Total Contact Insoles (TCI) and Bespoke ankle foot orthoses and the provision of orthotists to Abertawe Bro Morgannwg University Health Board, Cwm Taf University Health Board, Hywel Dda University Health Board, Powys Teaching Health Board. Provision of bespoke orthotic products including modular footwear, bespoke footwear, Total Contact Insoles (TCI) and bespoke ankle foot orthoses to Cardiff and Vale University Health Board. Provision of Bespoke Orthotic products including modular footwear, bespoke footwear, Total Contact Insoles (TCI) and bespoke ankle foot orthoses to Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board. Provision of bespoke orthotics products including but not limited to modular footwear, bespoke footwear, Total Contact Insoles (TCI) and Bespoke ankle foot orthoses to Aneurin Bevan University Health Board.
