The provision of a media monitoring service to the minister for employment affairs and social protection. A print and digital media monitoring service to include up to 6 500 articles per month (approximately 4 500 from print media and 2 000 from digital media). This will be based on a list of print and digital media outlets and a list of key words provided by the Contracting Authority. Articles are to be received as a remotely-accessible email digest for multiple users. Print media monitoring is to be provided as an electronic press-cuttings digest each morning; digital media at regular intervals throughout the day. A broadcast media monitoring service to provide real-time coverage of all national, regional, and local radio stations and television stations in Ireland. This will be based on a list of key words as specified by the Contracting Authority. This is to be provided to the Contracting Authority as broadcast clippings in a specified number of email alerts each day. A social media monitoring and analysis service to cover a list of key words and social media platforms as specified by the Contracting Authority and provided as social media trend and thematic analysis in a specified number of email alerts or digests to the Contracting Authority.
