To deliver an effective parking enforcement solution for Milton Keynes Council and in doing so drive efficiency in the parking enforcement contract through the use of technological improvements and allow for the adaptation of the Civil Enforcement provision to reflect the benefits of new technology. Please note that this enforcement specification is to work in tandem with a new specification for the Parking services IT provision that is to be tendered in parallel.
