Hosted by Warrington & Halton Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust The North West Skills Development Network is an innovative network providing finance, informatics, payroll, procurement and associated NHS staff with the infrastructure for improving leadership and professional development skills, raising standards and sharing good practice through economy-wide learning. The specification states the requirements for a provision to enable delivery of a leadership programme which is to be run over a 9 to 12 month period. It will be aimed middle to senior finance, informatics, payroll and procurement staff in the NHS in the North West of England. The programme should focus on integration and internal & external relationships, including an appreciation of the opportunities and challenges within the NHS and the wider community. The key focus will be on change leadership and should use relevant case studies that show effective good practice. Keywords: training
