Tender description

The provision of a CCTV monitoring service within the Plymouth City Council's CCTV control room. The provision of a CCTV monitoring service within Plymouth City Council CCTV control room to support the effective management of the system. The Council has a comprehensive CCTV system, compromises of approximately 350 cameras installed at strategic locations throughout the city. The majority of the cameras are in fixed locations with pan, zoom and tilt facilities. Some of the cameras are fixed and there is a small number of rapid deployment CCTV cameras. The images from these cameras are fed directly into the Council’s CCTV control room and capture video only. The system is controlled from a control room in the city with secondary access at Prince Rock Depot. This procurement is being carried out under the Light Touch Regime.
