We are inviting tenders to provide subsidence claims handling services (services) under its self-insured programme. Subsidence case handling services will include dealing with cases from initial instruction/notification to completion, including management of the repair process where applicable and utilising services of contractors (from our panel of approved contractors). L&Q invites tenders to provide subsidence claims handling services (services) under its self-insured programme. It is the intention of L&Q to retain the subsidence case handling supplier for a period of 3 years with the option to extend for a further 2 years, subject to satisfactory annual reviews of service and performance and mutual agreement. The contract term will commence on 1.7.2019. The key aims of this procurement process for subsidence insurance claims handling services under L&Q’s self-insured programme are to: — achieve improved value for money, — increase service efficiencies, — obtain service improvements, — improve customer satisfaction, — ensure probity and accountability in the commissioning and execution of work.
