Magenta Living is inviting expressions of interest from suitably experienced service providers for the provision of a Cafe Bistro at Hartley Place Extra Care Housing scheme in Ellesmere Port. This is a license for a business to occupy and rent the premises for the purpose of operating their business in delivering a Cafe Bistro provision for residents, their visitors and members of the public. TO FORMALLY EXPRESS AN INTEREST in this opportunity and discuss further please submit a one (1) page business proposal, outlining relevant knowledge and experience. Suppliers are responsible for ensuring that their Expression of interest has been successfully completed prior to the submission deadline.
